At Evolution Dome, we love helping event organisers transform open exhibition halls into dynamic, purpose-built destinations.

When RX Global began planning Infosecurity Europe 2026 at ExCeL London, they wanted to introduce a brand-new feature area called Community@Infosec. Developed in collaboration with the Cyber House Party team, the goal was to create a welcoming, open space away from the busiest areas of the show floor, a central hub where industry professionals could reconnect, host panel discussions, and hold live networking events.

To make the space stand out visually from traditional modular builds, RX Global partnered with us to design and deploy a dual-structure solution.

The Challenge

RX Global had two clear objectives:

1. Create an eye-catching, enclosed community feature that felt distinctly different from other areas on the show floor.
2. Provide the Infosecurity Magazine editorial team with a dedicated, professional workspace on the exhibition floor, moving them out of traditional organiser offices and making them accessible to visitors for live interviews.

The Solution

We deployed our 15m Inflatable Cube to serve as the main architectural feature for Community@Infosec. Its bold lines and clean aesthetic created an instant visual landmark in the hall, offering acoustic insulation and a versatile footprint that hosted both daytime sessions and evening social gatherings.

Alongside the Cube, we debuted our new Nexus Pod. Having seen the Pod at International Confex, RX Global selected it as the dedicated studio for Infosecurity Magazine. The Pod provided a quiet, self-contained environment on the show floor, allowing journalists to record podcasts, conduct interviews, and host meetings without being disrupted by ambient hall noise.

The Results

Delivered and installed on time by our specialist team between 31st May and 1st June, the structures provided an efficient, high-impact temporary venue solution with minimal setup friction.

“We had a new feature on the show floor this year and wanted this to look different to our other features and be eye-catching for visitors,” said Emma Thompson at RX Global. “The Nexus Pod gave the Infosecurity Magazine team the opportunity to hold interviews and meetings inside for the duration of the event… having a dedicated workspace on the show floor made them much more accessible. The whole process was very easy from booking to delivery.”
